I started on my marshmallow making journey first with making vanilla bean marshmallows as holiday gifts for friends and family. One flavor led to another, and a marshmallow obsession was born! I opened Hedge Witch Pastry Kitchen in 2024 and my treats can be found at local markets and events in the Eugene/Springfield area.
